Cost of postage and packaging?
Postage is calculated according to the total weight of your order, the cost of postage will be calculated at the check out, however the majority of fires fall within a £10.95 postage rate.

What about damage on receipt of order?
All our goods are packed by the manufacturer and therefore damage should not occur. However, if an item is damaged, please follow our returns policy procedure which is on this website. All goods must be checked within 48 hours of delivery for any damage or breakages. Anything reported to us after the 48 hour time period is at the discretion of fireplaces online. This does not affect your statutory rights.
