DELIVERIES

We will confirm your order and delivery dates within 5 days of receiving your order. Goods that we have in stock will be sent within 5 days. If there are any delays we will keep you informed of the progress.
When taking delivery of the goods you check and sign for the goods, they will not be left without a signature.

Delivery charges apply to all mainland uk destinations, delivery charges are confirmed when placing the order at checkout. The majority of deliveries are chargeable at a flat rate of £10.95

RETURNS

We ask you to check and make sure that all goods are suitable for the intended installation, please check all measurements with the manufacturers before ordering, the information given by us is for guidance only. We may accept return of goods under certain circumstances providing they are returned in new condition and in the original packaging, we will make a 25% charge for this facility and collection charges may also apply.
